SMF fabricates sheet metal components in aluminum up to .125"; steel and stainless steel up to 16ga.

Our array of machine shop components allows us to manufacture your parts using various techniques for shearing, punching, forming, bending, welding, drilling and tapping.

Painting, Screen Printing
& Iriditing

After fabrication, parts are cleaned, then dipped in a chromate solution called iridite
to prepare for the painting and screen printing process. Screen printing is a method used to transfer ink to a panel.

Screens can be designed with your company logo and any other pertinent information.
