Repair Warranty

All Encore Electronics products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year after date of delivery or such other term as may be specified in writing.

Encore will repair or replace products which prove defective during the warranty period, provided they are returned to Encore. Transportation charges covering the return of defective products to the factory shall be at Encore’s expense if such products are found to be defective within the limitations of this warranty.  All items must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment to Encore.  Contact Encore prior to shipment.

This warranty does not extend to any Encore Electronics products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or application. Nor shall it extend to products which have been repaired or altered outside of Encore Electronics factory.
